1. Corporate Registration & Governance
Norwick Energy Resources Limited is a registered UK company (Company Reg No: 08121964) operating with official Saudi Pre-Qualified Global Energy Partner Registration (#10048291). All EPC contracts, equipment supply agreements, and engineering consultation services are governed by UK commercial law and international FIDIC standards unless explicitly modified under executed bilateral contracts.
2. Procurement & Quotation Validity
Quotation proposals, pricing skids, and equipment delivery schedules issued by Norwick Energy Procurement Desks are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. Material prices for high-grade alloy piping, API 6A valves, and Deutz generator units are subject to raw metal market volatility until formal Purchase Orders (PO) are confirmed.
3. Quality Standards & Certifications
All manufactured equipment, subsea components, and structural skids undergo strict 3rd-party inspection verifying compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental safety, and ISO 45001 occupational health benchmarks prior to shipping.
4. Intellectual Property & Technical Dossiers
Technical whitepapers, cyber rig telemetry schematics, and engineering blueprints downloaded from this website remain the sole intellectual property of Norwick Energy Resources Limited. Unauthorized commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.
